The engineering company manufactured patented, one-sided “blind bolts” used by 4G telecommunication companies. The importer was selling the same bolts manufactured by an international competitor who was not bound by US patent law. Our Experts calculated lost profits and disgorgement. Our conclusions were accepted by the Court, resulting in several million in damages.

Our Experts worked on a case for the largest technology company in the US that manufactures consumer electronics. They had acquired a company that manufactures audio equipment. Following the acquisition, there was a major recall of the acquired company’s products. The deal included standard language regarding product warranties. Our Experts calculated lost profits associated with the recall. Our conclusions were used in settlement to recover a large portion of the acquisition price in damages.

Our Experts worked on a case for a company that sells workforce management and timekeeping software, primarily to municipal governments. Our Client was a commissioned sales agent for Plaintiff. Plaintiffs claimed commissions were not owed because their software had been updated to a new version and were suing Our Client for return of several years of commissions.
